It couldn’t be simpler. Bring us the pieces you no longer wear and we’ll handpick the ones that fit our shop’s style. We take care of everything - prepping, pricing and displaying them beautifully. Once they sell, you’ll earn money back or choose store credit to spend on something new to you.
We’re always on the lookout for beautiful pieces that feel right for the season, the kind of things our shoppers can wear and love straight away. Think easy everyday style, gorgeous natural fabrics, and those standout statement pieces that turn heads. We also take on-trend shoes and handbags in excellent condition
Most items are sold on a 50/50 basis, so you’ll receive half of the selling price. We take time to research each piece, looking at its original retail price, current resale value, and how sought after it is before setting a fair price for both buyer and seller.
For luxury or designer pieces, our commission is lower, meaning you keep more.
We make payouts on the 15th of each month for everything sold in the month before. You can choose cash, bank transfer, or store credit to spend back in the shop. On the 15th you’ll also receive a clear statement by email, showing exactly what sold, the price it went for, and your earnings — simple, transparent and fair.
We keep items for around 8-10 weeks and do our very best to find them a new home. If something doesn’t sell, we’ll get in touch so you can decide what happens next, whether that’s collecting your pieces or donating them to charity.
The first step is to join our Seller Insider newsletter. You’ll receive our selling guide, with details on how it works and the types of pieces we’re currently looking for.
Next, bring your items into the shop on any day we’re open. Please make sure everything is freshly washed and folded neatly into a bag (we kindly ask that items aren’t brought in on hangers or in garment bags). We may ask you to leave your items with us for up to 30 minutes while we check each one carefully.
We’ll then select the pieces we feel are the best fit for the shop and set up a seller account for you, so you can start your Handpicked journey.
Our rails are all about pieces that fit easily into everyday life. We focus on casual, wearable styles that our shoppers can enjoy straight away, from great basics in natural fabrics to standout statement pieces. Formal wear is often trickier to sell, as it’s worn less often and doesn’t match what most of our customers are looking for when they shop with us. By keeping our collection focused, we give every item the best chance of finding a new home.
