Not everything finds its next home, and that's okay. If we've emailed you about unsold pieces, simply choose whether you'd like to collect them or have them donated.

How long do I have to collect?
Please arrange collection within 14 days of the date in your collection notification email. If your email gives a different deadline, please contact us so we can confirm the correct date.
What if I need a little more time?
Just email us at hello@handpickedpreloved.com before your deadline. We will let you know if an extension can be arranged, subject to available storage space.
Can someone else collect for me?
Of course. Please let us know by email in advance who will be collecting on your behalf so we can have everything ready.
Can I drop in without booking?
We're sorry, but no. Unsold items are prepared for collection ahead of your appointment, so please book a collection slot before visiting.
What happens if I choose to donate?
By completing our donation form, you're confirming that you'd like us to arrange donation of the unsold items identified in your notification email. You won't need to book a collection appointment.
